The hotels are now taking reservations. The rates are:

• Single/Double = $89 per night
• Triple/Quad = $94 per night.

The local lodging tax is 10% and will be added to the bill. The rate includes a hot breakfast buffet each morning as well as access to a pool, spa, dry sauna and fitness center. The quoted rates and room block will be held until September 1, 2010

There is a non-refundable pet fee of $30/stay. There is a limit of 4 dogs/room.

Both hotels are 100% non-smoking. There is a $150 cleaning fee if you smoke on the premises.

Expo RV Parking

RV’s can be parked at the Expo Center. There are 37 spaces available with water and electricity; and 13 spaces with electricity only.

Reservations are being accepted on a first-come, first serve basis. Parking will be in designated spaces as assigned by the RV Chairperson – Lisa Loeffler.

Those using the RV Parking area are subject to all parking rules and regulations.

Septic Service will be available on a pre-reserved basis for a fee. Self-serve septic facilities are available at the Fairgrounds but will require you to move your vehicle (which may not be possible).

Reserved RV Parking Fees:

The Expo center will be available for RVs for Friday night, October 1st. There will be no hook-ups. The fee is $5.00 which is paid at the gate to the Expo.
